Terms and conditions:
1 - If you cancel three lessons in a row without a particular reason, I assume you want to give up your course.
2 - You can take a break from a course anytime. A notice of at least one week is highly appreciated.

We cannot be perfect but some people claim to be. I do not expect from you to be fluent in Italian like a commentator or accurate like a writer otherwise I would suggest you go and live in Italy for at least a couple of years. The goals for you, as a beginner, are to understand, to be understood, simply to communicate in Italian. At an intermediate or more advanced level you may wish to be more accurate as well as fluent when speaking Italian.
